Hundreds of classic cars, trucks and tractors were placed on exhibit Monday in Fort Atkinson’s Jones Park, 600 Janesville Ave.
The event, titled “Fort Atkinson Cruise Night,” brought a variety of car enthusiasts to the park.
Cars of all makes, models and years filling the park grounds, with overflow cars found in both the front and back parking lots.
During the event, the Fort Atkinson Generals operated a food stand and Kent’s Ice Cream sold its Big Bars.
“Oldies” tunes played on a loudspeaker during the event.
Monday’s event marked the third in a series of five Fort Atkinson Cruise Nights, each of which will be held on a Monday, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Upcoming cruise nights will be held Aug. 14 and Sept. 11.
A series of car shows also will be held in Jefferson.
“Twisted Tuesday Cruise Nights” will be held between 5 and 8 p.m. on July 11, Aug. 8 and Sept. 12.
The Jefferson event will be held at Twisted Metal Collision and Custom, 1342 N. Watertown Ave.
