“Fort Scholarships,” the online scholarship application website sponsored by the Fort Atkinson Community Foundation, is open and accepting applications for the 2022 scholarship season, according to information recently released by the foundation.
According to the release: Some 41 competitive scholarships offered by the Fort Atkinson Community Foundation, plus several offered through Fort Atkinson High School, can be found on the site.
Visitors to the Fort Scholarships site will find a comprehensive listing of scholarships, along with their eligibility requirements. Those who are eligible can next click on the link directing them to the Fort Scholarships application website.
At Fort Scholarships, applicants can create an account and begin working on their application. A single application can be filled out and used to apply for multiple scholarships, the release noted.
The application also can be filled out intermittently and saved, allowing applicants to login again and continue with the process.
Application deadlines are as follow: Feb. 1, 2022, for most scholarships to which high school seniors may apply, and April 1, 2022, for all undergraduate and graduate scholarships, as well as most vo-tech scholarships.
Additionally, the release stated: There is no advantage gained by submitting an application early as reviewers will not have access to any applications before the deadlines.
