Port Light Technology joins Jefferson Chamber

The Jefferson Chamber of Commerce has announced that Port Light Technology has joined as a new member.

According to information released by the chamber, a ribbon-cutting ceremony in honor of the company was held Wednesday.

The company was founded by Damon Schopen in 2013, the release stated, and provides website design and development services.

The release noted that the company helps its customers establish an online presence or expand an existing presence, and specializes in e-commerce and website hosting.

“Port Light Technology is excited to become a member of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. I have seen the great value the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce provides to the Jefferson area and the business community. We look forward to being a part of the chamber,” Schopen was quoted as saying in the release.

“We’ve already had the opportunity to work with Damon through FOCUS Coworking and the Randy Schopen Foundation. We’re excited to continue and expand our partnership with a business owner who has become such a key component to our community,” Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Megan Cooper was quoted as saying in the release.
