Letter to the editor:
I read in the August 16 online edition of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that the Milwaukee Police Association has endorsed for President of the United State the candidate who, three days earlier, declared the Presidential Medal of Freedom to be “much better” than the Medal of Honor because those who receive the latter are “either in very bad shape because they’ve been hit by bullets or they’re dead.”
I’m going to assume that the members of the association, the male ones anyway, don’t shave in front of a mirror.
