According to a news release, Scheuerell joined FCCU in 2020 as the manager of the credit union’s main branch in Fort Atkinson, arriving with 22 years of retail management experience.
Four months later, Scheuerell was promoted to director of member services. Within that role, he managed all member services across FCCU’s five branches during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown.
In his newest position, Scheuerell joins FCCU’s executive management team as vice president of member experience/chief experience officer, the release stated.
“We are excited to promote Jeff once again. His love of community service and wealth of management experience have been integral to our operations during the last two unpredictable years. The release noted that Scheuerell and his wife, Leigh Ann, are longtime residents of Fort Atkinson and have raised their two children in the community. Kline was hired in 2012 as a part-time teller at the FCCU Whitewater branch and transitioned to the role of accounting assistant in 2015, the release stated.
After receiving his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2016, Kline was hired full-time as an accountant. After receiving his master’s degree in finance from UW-Whitewater in 2019, Kline was promoted to the position of controller.

Additionally, he is in his second of a three-year educational opportunity with Credit Union National Association Management School. Upon completion, he will earn the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, the release stated.
