The Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that it has re-dedicated the former Goyer Ace Hardware, which in under new management and called Fort Ace Hardware.
The store is located at 10 Madison Avenue.
According to information released by the chamber, the business changed hands this year and new owner Brian Spangler retained existing staff members for their local expertise and experience. Spangler owns another Ace Hardware store in McFarland. The team has worked hard to make the transition as seamless as possible for customers.
“We are still a small-town neighborhood hardware store staffed with local people who offer personalized customer service,” Social Media Manager Mary Rinden was quoted as saying in the release.
Not a lot has changed in the store, she said. She encouraged store customers to visit the Fort Ace Hardware Facebook page for grilling ideas and tips, as well as information on new products.
