Uncle Mike and Auntie Vicky Bauer, and Auntie Betty Polatowski will always hold a special place in Jeremy’s life, very special friend Brenda, who cared for each other deeply, along with many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Kenneth Kowalkowski Sr., Uncle Ken “Butch” Kowalkowski, and his faithful and beloved dog Patton.
