Tristan Scott Milan, age 30 of Fort Atkinson, cherished son of Candace Milan passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
Tristan was born on March 5, 1993 to Peter Jr and Candace Milan in Fort Atkinson. He was a 2011 graduate of Fort Atkinson High school. Growing up, Tristan loved soccer and baseball and played varsity in both sports in high school. After high school Tristan worked for Southgate Gutter in Fort Atkinson as a gutter installer for 10 years.
Tristan enjoyed golfing, boating, riding motorcycle and just hanging out with his many friends. He was loyal and always showed up for anyone that needed him. Family was important to Tristan and he enjoyed attending family celebrations and gatherings.
Tristan is survived by his mother, Candace Milan; Grandmother, Jane Milan; Uncles, Chuck (Fran) Frandson and Bob (Debra) Milan; Aunts, Lori (Darren) Stearns and Holly (Dave) Merrifield. Tristan is also survived by many cousins he enjoyed growing up with.
Tristan was preceded in death by his father, Peter A. Jr and grandfather, Peter Sr.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 am on Thursday, September 14th at Trinity Lutheran Church, 314 Barrie Street in Fort Atkinson. The funeral will begin at 11:00 am with burial at Evergreen Cemetery to follow. Everyone is invited to stay for a luncheon in the fellowship hall of the church.
Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.

Candy. I’m so sorry for your loss. We think and talk about Tristan often. There are memories triggered of Tristan with certain phrases, words, or movies. He will always be remembered.
