Annette Bidgood, age 85, of Cambridge, Wisconsin left this eternal life to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024. She joins her late husband, Richard Bidgood, who preceded her in death on February 12th, 2023.
Annette was born on July 27th, 1938, the daughter of Frank and Bonita (Brinkmann) Nitke. She was the third oldest child and first-born daughter of 12 brothers & sisters.
Annette was one very strong independent lady! She loved her family, children & grandchildren. She enjoyed fixing up & decorating homes, gardening (never missed an opportunity to pull a weed), and of course, shopping! Annette had many friends and could carry on a conversation with anyone. She truly had the gift to gab. This was recognized by her family during her illness and up until the time of her death. Blessings to you all for your calls and texts.
She was a loving “Mama” to four daughters, and one son. Survivors include, Kim Watters and Ronnie Armstrong of Missouri, Dawn (Steve) Kruchoski of Arizona, Randy Johnson of Cambridge, and Jackie (Don) Frey of Cambridge, her seven grandchildren, Ryan (Margaret) Armstrong, Amy Geszvain, Chris (Erin) Armstrong, Zachary Kruchoski, Cassidy and Noah Frey and Devin Johnson.
She is further survived by her sisters Beverly, Frannie (Mike), Aime and Debbie (Brian) and brothers Tim (Karen), Warren (Mary), and Rick (Annette). She also is survived and loved by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers (Don, John & Mike) and two sisters (Karen & Shirley).
Thank you to the staff at Home Again in Cambridge for the care given to her during her time there. Thank you to Melissa & the entire Agrace Hospice care team for the loving care given to her at home in her final time with us. Each one of you are true earth angels. You all cared for her as if she was your very own family member. We could not have asked for anything better and will remember this forever. Thank you all!
A time of celebration will be held at Willerup United Methodist Church, 414 W. Water Street in Cambridge on Saturday, July 13th. Please come share stories & visit from 9-11am with a celebration service @ 11am with a luncheon to follow.
