A book sale, sponsored by the Friends of the Dwight Foster Public Library, will be Saturday, March 12.
According to a recent news release, the sale will be open to the public from 10 a.m. until noon.
Members of the Friends of the Library are invited to take advantage of early access to the sale between 9 and 10 a.m.
The Dwight Foster Public Library is located at 209 Merchants Avenue, Fort Atkinson.
The sale room has been recently restocked with newly donated books and digital media. There will be newly selected items offered for sale in the outer room to peruse while waiting for entry into the sale, with many outstanding bargains to be found. Sale room access will be limited to 12 at a time due to the size of the room and the need for social distancing. Face masks are encouraged, the release stated.
Those interested in joining the Friends of the Dwight Foster Library and participating in early shopping, may do so during the sale. Members enjoy the additional perk on sale day of filling a bag with books for $5.
A sale will also be offered on Saturday, April 9, and will continue throughout the year on the second Saturday of each month.
The Friends of the Dwight Foster is dedicated to assisting the library in meeting community needs, promoting and participating in library programs, and providing funds for special library needs. Members of the Friends of the Dwight Foster Library offer volunteer and financial assistance to the library. New members are welcomed, the release stated.
