The Dwight Foster Public Library has announced it will be hosting an “interactive movie.”
The event will be held Saturday, April 23, at 1:30 p.m. The library is located at 209 Merchants Ave., Fort Atkinson.
The program will include an interactive movie and sing-along, featuring a recently released popular children’s movie.
While licensing restrictions prohibit sharing the name of the movie, Dwight Foster Public Library Youth Services Librarian Minetta Lippert was able to say songs such as “We don’t talk about…” are likely to be favorites during Saturday’s event.
Those in attendance will receive a bag of supplies and a script, the release stated.
Describing the activity, the release noted: “When it rains in the movie, we will hold umbrella straws over our heads. When we see a candle in the movie, we will hold up our battery-powered tea lights. And, anytime a song plays, we will sing along. Supplies and snacks will be provided.”
