The Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that Empowered Training and Wellness has joined as a new member.
According to information released by the chamber, the company has recently opened an office in Fort Atkinson.
Owner Audra Rogneby founded Empowered Training and Wellness in February 2020 to offer personal and group fitness classes.
The release stated: “The business is named for Rogneby’s mission to help others gain physical and mental confidence. As someone who struggled with body image issues, Rogneby studied Kinesiology in college and learned that mental health is as important as physical strength and flexibility.”
Empowered Training and Wellness offers group classes that are small, allowing Rogneby to focus on each person and their needs. This summer, the business will be offering programming for kids, in addition to adult boot camp, advanced boot camp, butts and guts, and a beginner’s strength and cardio class. Other services include nutritional recipe reviews and home workouts, the release continued.
“I love helping clients meet their goals and make changes towards a healthier lifestyle. I was never quite comfortable at the traditional gyms, so I wanted to offer another option for those who might be like me,” Rogneby was quoted as saying in the release.
