Vance and Russell Law Offices has announced that it will be hosting a virtual meeting titled: “Starting a Business 101.”
The meeting, which will be offered using the Zoom platform, will be held Sept. 21, at noon.

According to information released by the firm, the meeting includes a brief presentation by attorney Nathan Russell, after which attendees will be able ask specific questions about their startup businesses and receive expert tips on the legalities of running a business.
Additional topics include business entity types, tax implications, state sales tax and business break-up procedures. The meeting will be about an hour long, the release stated.
