The presentation will be made by Hope Oostdik, who, the release noted, owned and operated Dutch Designs in Lake Mills. Now retired, she will be sharing her experiences in developing rain gardens.
During the meeting, according to the release, “plans for upcoming meetings will be discussed along with the request for vice-president and treasurer nominations. An election of officers will take place at the November meeting. Project reports will be due to Shirley by the Nov. 10 meeting. They also will be shared with the project sponsor. Members dues will be collected for 2023.”
Additionally, the release noted, “a listing of educational opportunities available to members will be shared to provide educational hours. When searching for answers or information to questions or problems, use sources ending with an ‘edu.’ Their information is considered to be fact based. The next association business meeting will be Nov. 10, 2022. No meeting will be held in December, the release stated.
