The Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that Chapel 1899, N2349 County Road D, Hebron, has joined as a new member.
According to information released by the chamber, the historical building, which was built in 1899, was recently remodeled to serve as event space.
Venue owner Grace Foelker undertook the renovation project last year, noting in the release that her mission was to create a “beautiful and warm space to host special events.”
While renovating the building, Foelker, as noted within the release, sought to preserve its character, while introducing “elegant and vintage touches.”
The building also was outfitted with modern-day amenities, the release stated.
Visitors to Chapel 1899 will find a full service bar, two floors which serve as gathering spaces, a bridal suite and kitchen, the release read.
The building has a guest capacity of 150.
“This building has been a focal point in the Hebron community for over a century. We are proud to be able to preserve the property and its history for future generations to enjoy,” Foelker was quoted as saying in the release.
Those interested in booking the space, scheduling a tour, or learning more about its amenities are encouraged to contact building staff by email: chapel1899events@gmail.com or phone: 920-723-0580. An “arrange a tour” form can also be accessed through the venue’s website: chapel1899.com.
