Donald Dean LeFave, 84, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022. He was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Alvin LeFave and Amanda Christensen on January 27, 1938.
Don graduated from Oconto High School in 1956 and married Janice Noel in 1957.
Don worked for the Waukesha City Works Department and then the Jefferson County Highway Department for over 30 years. He retired at 58 years old and began his love of collecting antique petal cars, farm tractors, gas pumps, and coffee grinders.
Don also enjoyed his yearly trips to Florida to get out of the Wisconsin snow and cold.
He is survived by his life partner Beverly Wagner, sons Mark (Kathleen), Jeffery (Carol) and Christopher (Mary). 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and a grandson.
Lastly, Don would like to thank all the caregivers at the Bedrock Care Facility who took good care of him and gave an enormous outpouring of love, tolerance and laughter in his final months.
Following his wishes, no service will be held.
Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
