Flags installed at bell tower in Evergreen

Representatives from two veterans organizations met Saturday at Evergreen Cemetery to present the facility with new flags for its bell tower display, according to information released by members of the veterans groups.

The organizations making the presentation included the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 1879 and the American Legion Post 166, both of Fort Atkinson, VFW Auxiliary President Dee Dee Carothers noted within the release.

The flags have been placed on the cemetery property near its entrance from North Main Street.
