Fort Atkinson Online and WhitewaterWise, both online properties of Fort Atkinson Online LLC, will be placed on indefinite pause with the close of 2024.
The pause is a result of life-related changes which require a reallocation of time by the site’s editor and sole employee, Kim McDarison.
The sites also have been served by many local contributors of information and several freelance contractors who have served as reporters.
Fort Atkinson Online LLC would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our readers, advertisers, contributors and freelancers who have supported us over the last four years.
Serving our communities these last four years has been a most gratifying experience and a true honor.
While activity on the sites will pause indefinitely, the sites will remain available for viewing for a yet undetermined amount of time so that archival information is not lost to the public.
All advertisements will be removed from the site at year’s end.
