Fort Community Credit Union (FCCU) has announced the promotion of Eric Iverson to the role of director of member services.
Iverson succeeds Jeff Scheuerell, who was recently promoted to chief experience officer.
According to a news release, Iverson joined FCCU in 2019 as manager of the Watertown branch and consumer loan officer. He arrived at the credit union with more than 9 years of retail banking experience. He has been employed by the credit union for four years.
“I can’t think of anyone better than Eric to take over my previous role. His charisma and genuine empathy make him a great leader that any person would want to follow,” Scheuerell was quoted as saying in the release.
Iverson and his wife, Deb, are both longtime residents of Watertown. The couple has raised two children in the community, including a son, Adam, who is a social studies teacher at Randolph High School, and a daughter, Emma, who is studying computer engineering at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Iverson is a member of the Rotary Club of Watertown and serves as an ambassador for the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce.
