Opportunities, Inc., to host ‘Fall Fair’ in conjunction with free vaccine clinic 

Opportunities, Inc., Fort Atkinson, has announced that it will be hosting a “Fall Fair,” at its main location this Friday, between 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. 

The organization’s main location is at 200 East Cramer St.

According to information released by the group, the fair, including a free vaccine clinic, is offered in partnership with Community Action Coalition and Connell Pharmacy.

Those attending the fair will find free community resources, including information about food security, housing and mental health services.

The “OiCloset,” which, as stated in the release, “is a free shopping boutique experience managed by the Adult Day Services program, also will be open, offering fair-goers an opportunity to shop, and “pick out free clothing, shoes and accessories.”

Free flu and COVID shots also will be available. Recipients of the vaccinations will receive a $50 gift card, the release announced.

During the event, Opportunities, Inc., will provide literature, offering information about its mission and career advancements. Event-goers also will be able to sign up for newsletters, explore a host of community connections, learn about innovative jobs offered through the organization in its maintenance, mission services, administrative options, public relations, social media, and marketing departments, among others.

“The Fall Fair invites the community to experience the many opportunities, Opportunities, Inc., offers and its impact on creating a truly inviting community for all,” the release stated.

The fair is open to the public.
