Costumed characters of all variety traversed the streets of Whitewater Thursday looking for tricks and treats.
The activity, sponsored by the Whitewater Area Chamber of Commerce, brought the community together to join in some Halloween fun during an event called “Ghouls’ Night Out.”
Nearly 50 businesses and organizations, operating from locations throughout the downtown area and extended Main Street corridor, participated in the event with each providing a holiday-oriented blend of treats, games and contests.
