Whitewater library to offer NASA reading challenge

The Irvin L. Young Memorial Library in Whitewater has announced it will be introducing a new reading challenge in December. 

NASA@ My Library Reading Challenge includes reading, family-friendly activities and the chance to win one of three grand prizes, according to information recently released. 

The month-long challenge will kick off on Dec. 1.

Persons accepting the challenge will:

• Earn reading badges and prize entries for every hour you read, up to ten hours.

• Get to try space experiments, activities, and crafts that are fun for the entire family.

• Learn about the James Webb Space Telescope that will launch on Dec. 18.
