April showers bring May flowers?

A torrent of wafting particles turned Fort Atkinson and Whitewater into a giant snow globe early Saturday, as Mother Nature gave the adage: “April showers bring May flowers,” a new twist, but the effect didn’t last long as the afternoon brought warmer temperatures, turning the snowflakes back into water, setting the area, once again, on a proper path towards May flowers and June bugs, as the saying goes.

Following are photos capturing the early spring snow event.
