To the friends, neighbors and acquaintances of Phil (Philip) Ball: Phil passed away on November 20th, 2023, shortly after his 80th birthday. A gathering to remember and honor him will be held on Sunday, April 28th at 2 p.m. It will be held at the Cafe Carpe, 18 S Water St W, Fort Atkinson. A light lunch will be served. All are welcome to come and share in the love, laughter and tears our memories will evoke. Those of us who loved and cared for Phil during those last difficult months of his life want to acknowledge the kind and compassionate professionalism demonstrated by the Fort Atkinson Police. The community of Fort Atkinson is fortunate to be served by these individuals. Our deepest gratitude.
