Stella Rose Bartelt, infant daughter of Samantha Draeger and Alex Bartelt of Fort Atkinson, was taken to Heaven on June 23rd, 2021.
Stella was born on May 14th, 2021 at the UW Hospital in Madison. She was born prematurely and fought hard to live for 41 days before she left this world. She will be deeply missed by all.
Stella is survived by her parents, Samantha and Alex; her maternal grandparents, Mishell and Brian Draeger; her paternal grandmother, Marci Bartelt and step-grandfather Jim Seabo; her great-grandfather Ronald Arndt; aunts and uncles Erika, Mitchell, and Katie Draeger, and Jamie (Peter) Reich; as well as many great-uncles, great-aunts, and other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her great-grandmothers Darlene Draeger and Sherri Arndt and by Clarence Appenfeldt.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 27th at 1:00 at the Nitardy Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson; followed by a service at 2:00 to honor Stella’s memory.
