Area chambers announce new members

The Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce and the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce have each recently announced new members.

Holstein Association USA, Inc., joins Fort chamber

In Fort Atkinson, Holstein Association USA, Inc., has joined the Fort Atkinson Area Chamber of Commerce as a new member.

According to information released by the chamber, the national membership organization was founded May 25, 1885, and is the largest dairy breed organization in the world and one of the largest dairy member organizations in the United States, with more than 25,000 members, coast to coast. 

“Driven by their mission to provide leadership, information, and services to help members and dairy producers worldwide be successful, Holstein Association USA, Inc., provides programs, products and services to dairy producers to enhance genetics and improve profitability, including animal identification and ear tags, genomic testing, mating programs, dairy records processing, classification, communication, and consulting services,” the release stated.

Additionally, the release read: “Holstein Association USA produces the only nationally televised dairy program, “Holstein America,” which is broadcast on RFD TV.  Episodes showcase registered Holstein dairy farmers from across the nation with their families and dairies.” 

Holstein Association USA, Inc., 201 N. Main St., Ste. 310, Fort Atkinson, operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

“We’re thrilled to open our new office in Fort Atkinson.  This community has long been known as the dairy capital of not only Wisconsin, but the United States and it’s fitting and appropriate for the Holstein Association USA to be in the center of it in downtown Fort Atkinson,” Holstein Association USA Chief Executive Officer John M. Meyer was quoted as saying in the release.

J & B Multiservices, LLC, joins Jefferson chamber

In Jefferson, J & B Multiservices LLC, has joined the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce.

According to information shared by the chamber, the organization welcomed its new member with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Wednesday.

As stated in a news release, J & B Multiservices was founded in March 2023. The company opened its Jefferson office in April 2023. J & B Multiservices provides a variety of services for both individuals and businesses including, but not limited to bookkeeping, translating, notary, and taxes.

Owners Julie and Bethsaida Cervantes, both bilingual in English and Spanish, are committed to serving the community and working with all individuals and businesses, the release stated. 

“Jefferson County has a large Spanish-speaking population. The fact that Julie and Betsy are a bilingual agency is such a great asset to the Jefferson community,” Jefferson Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Megan Cooper was quoted as saying in the release.
